初冬雨绵润校园，美艳不减映池塘。密藤好色绕粉柱，夹果似坠点秋香。带着向往与期待，合肥于昨日迎来了今年的初雪，而中加中学部于今日开展了本学期期中教导大会。

With expectation, the middle school of CCSC held a teaching conference in the middle of this semester.

分享是一种思想的深度，深思的同时，带来新的收获和感悟。因此，会议第一项为吴彤、陈晶晶、王思翔三位老师分享此次前往清华大学附中参加了中国教育学会第二届课堂教学研讨会的所感所想。

In the first part of the conference, Wu tong, Chen Jingjing and Wang Sixiang shared their feelings and thoughts when they went to the affiliated high school of Tsinghua University to attend the second classroom teaching seminar of Chinese education association.

会议第二项为中学部主任孙艳清女士作期中总结报告。报告分为以下三项：

In the second part of the conference Director Sun Yanqing made a mid-term summary report. The report is divided into three parts:

1.上一阶段的工作总结与反思。主要内容有：新教师汇报课;各学科组内公开课;推门听课;预约听课;一生一案的制定与跟进;AMC数学竞赛;G9体育训练等。孙主任总结了各项工作的优点，如：教学设计中有涉及学生活动，并在课堂上有所呈现;教案与导学案配合使用，注重知识的学习过程，落实“生”动课堂等。同时也总结了仍需改进之处。

2. 期中考试成绩分析。孙主任就本次各年级期中考试成绩做了详细分析，肯定了学生的进步与老师的付出，也提出对于期末考试的工作指导和期待。

会议第三项为中加教学总监毕英姿女士作总结发言。毕校就中学部总体情况，提出了两大点：

1.注重前端研究，改变课堂，改变施教的策略。在备课中研究需呈现的问题，领悟课标，参透教材。要让学生既要学会，又要会学。在讲、练、批等各个环节也都要积极探讨，深入研究。

2.要注重行动研究。一切的策略和方法不能只是空中楼阁，一定要落实，落实到每一节课、每一位学生身上。

The third item of the conference is a summary speech by Ms. Bi Yingzi, Teaching Director of the school. She put forward two major points:

1. Pay attention to front-end research, change the classroom and change the teaching strategy.

2. Focus on action research. All the strategies and methods must be implemented to every class, every student.

本次会议，既对之前的工作做了客观而精确的总结，又对之后的工作指出了清晰而明确的方向，意义重大!我们责任重大，我们任务艰巨，但我们会一直坚韧的上下而求索!不忘教育初心，牢记教师使命!

This meeting not only made an objective and accurate summary of the previous work, but also pointed out a clear direction for the future work, which is of great significance!
