2020年12月2日是第九个“全国交通安全日”，公安部与中央网信办、中央文明办等部委以“知危险会避险、安全文明出行”为主题，在全国各地联合部署了各项主题活动，积极倡导生命至上、安全第一，推动营造安全的道路交通环境。

December 2, 2020 is the ninth “National Traffic Safety Day”, the Ministry of Public Security、the Central Office for Civilization and some other ministries and commissions have organised different kinds of activities in all parts of the country at the theme of “Knowing danger and avoiding danger ,travelling in a safe and civilized manner”, which is aimed to advocate the concept of life first and safety first actively , promote to build safe road traffic environment.

合肥高新中加学校一直以儿童教育和安全为己任，致力建设规范的校车队伍，为学生上下学保驾护航。为配合今年交通安全日的活动主题，切实做好学生交通安全教育，我校邀请校车合作方宇通客车和壹基金于12月1日下午在我校共同开展了“关注交通安全、呵护儿童成长”的公益活动。

The SCCSH has always taken the education and safety of children as its own responsibility, and is committed to building a standardized school bus team to protect students’ safety.In order to cooperate with the theme of this year's Traffic Safety Day and earnestly improve students' traffic safety education, our school invited Yutong which is the school bus partner and One Foundation carried out a welfare activity in our school to raise the traffic safety awereness among students on the afternoon of December 1st.

活动在小朋友们欢快活泼的交通安全操中拉开序幕。合肥高新中加学校加方校长Peggy女士代表我校进行了发言，表达了学校对于学生安全教育的重视和对此次活动的支持与鼓励。她表示关注儿童的交通安全就是关注国家和社会的未来，呵护儿童健康成长是我们每个人义不容辞的责任，通过沉浸式的体验教育将交通安全的种子深植孩子们的内心是一件伟大且有意义的事情。

The activitiy began with our children's lively traffic safety exercises.Principal Peggy delivered a speech on behalf of our school, expressing the school's emphasis on students safety education and our support as well as encouragement to this activity.She said that to pay attention to children's traffic safety is to pay attention to the future of the country and society, and to care for the healthy growth of children is an unshirkable responsibility of all of us. It is a great and meaningful thing to plant the seeds of traffic safety in children's hearts through immersive experiential education.

“知危险会避险”是今年交通安全日的主题，在交通安全教育活动中，让孩子感觉到交通危险，比知道安全知识更重要。在步行安全中有两个黄金法则，一是要让车辆看见行人，二是行人也要看到车辆。我们今天的游戏主要就围绕这两个黄金法则让学生进行体验和感受。

“Knowing danger and avoiding danger” is the theme of this year's Traffic Safety Day. In the traffic safety education activities, it is more important for children to feel the traffic danger than to know the safety knowledge.There are two golden rules in walking safety. One is to let the vehicle see the pedestrian, and the other is to let the pedestrian see the vehicle.Our games will focus on these two golden rules for students to experience and feel today.

游戏体验环节分为6个部分。

The games are divided into six parts.

1、 探索神奇的盒子

Explore the magic box

从探索盒子的过程中了解昏暗的环境下视线受阻，想让司机看见自己，要穿浅色衣服、带反光条、带发光物品等!

The students have learnt that people usually could not see clearly in a dark environment from exploring the box. If you want the driver to see you, wear light-colored clothes, reflective strips, and light items!

2、安全头盔接力赛

Safety Helmet Relay Race

同学们现场用鸡蛋模拟人的头部进行碰撞试验，结果小头盔里的鸡蛋安全无恙，而另一颗没有头盔的鸡蛋则摔碎了，同学们忍不住感叹骑乘自行车、电车、摩托车的时候一定要佩戴头盔，保护好自己的小脑袋!

The students simulated the head with an egg and conducted a crash test. The results showed that the egg in the small helmet was safe, but another one without a helmet was broken.They have a deep understanding that they must wear a helmet when riding a bicycle or motorcycle to protect their own small heads!

3、 交通安全出行棋

Traffic safety play chess

大骰子摇起来，小步子踏起来，“回家”的路途总是欢快而轻松，然而一定要注意遵守规则哦!闯了红灯要倒退，翻越栏杆要受罚，遵守交规才能有奖励，比一比看谁能够先“到家”!

The students rolled the dice and ” went home” at a cheerful pace, but they must paid attention to follow the traffic rules !If you run a red light, you would have to go backwards. If you jumpped over the fence, you would be punished. If you obeyed the traffic rules, you would be rewarded.Let’s see who could get home first!

4、安全带的正常使用

Normal use of seat belts

同学们坐上模拟台架，感觉汽车相撞产生的巨大冲击，以及安全带在撞击过程中对身体的有效保护!不系安全带进行滑行的小熊可真是太悲惨了，同学们一定要引以为戒呀!

Students sit on the simulation platform, felt the huge impact of the collision of cars and the effective protection of the seat belt to the body during the impact!The bear which slid without his seat belt was so miserable that it must be a warning to all of you!

5、了解大货车内轮差

Know the inner wheel difference of large trucks

Students have understood the big truck "inside wheel difference" intuitively through the game.Generally speaking, the bigger the truck is , the bigger the gap is,and the higher the risk is.So please remember that staying away from big trucks is crucial!

通过游戏直观认识大货车“内轮差”，车型越大，差距越大，危险系数越高，远离大货车至关重要!

6、认识车辆盲区

Know the blind spots

一部分孩子坐进小汽车里充当驾驶员，一部分躲在车外，直观体验和感受视觉盲区，了解了车辆盲区的危险性!

Some children sit in the car as drivers and some hid outside the car to experience and feel the visual blind area intuitively , understand the danger of the vehicle blind area!

寓教于乐的方式让孩子们学得高兴，记得牢固，效果明显。

The way of edutainment makes children learn happily and remember firmly with obvious effect.校车队伍的师傅们也在现场认真学习和记录，并向志愿者和宇通相关工作人员积极请教关于校车驾驶的安全问题和校车队伍的建设与管理问题，希望能为我校学生和家长提供更优质的校车服务。

The drivers of our school bus team also studied carefully at the scene.They consulted volunteers and Yutong staffs actively about the safety of school bus driving , the construction and management of school bus team, hoping to provide better service for students and parents of our school.

活动结束后，我们的每位学生还获得了一套交通安全绘本，学校亦将交通安全操以及交通安全视频发给全体师生供其长久学习，切实做到让交通安全教育成为学校日常的一部分。

Each student was given a set of picture books on traffic safety after the activity, and our school also distributed the traffic safety exercises and videos to all teachers and students for long-term study, so as to make traffic safety education a daily part of the school.
