穿上迷彩，我是一个兵——记中加2018级军训第三天

伴着35度的高温，军训进入第三天，训练强度越来越大，身着迷彩的中加学子严肃的表情上写满了忍耐和坚毅，军训三天，学生们每天都在成长。

During the three days of military training, the students grew every day. With the high temperature, military training entered the third day. Although the intensity of training was growing, students in camouflage uniforms persisted anyway.

军训中

为了提高学生的身体素质和生活自理能力，军训设置了夜训和整理内务两个项目。尽管在夜训中，天气温度不如白天高，但依然很燥热，参加军训的中加学子却依然激情不减，教官认真地教，学生们一丝不苟地学习动作、训练队形，他们精神饱满、步伐矫健、口号响亮，立志做到最好。

In order to improve students' physical quality and self-care ability, military training includes two projects, night training and housekeeping. Although the temperature during the night training was lower than the day, it was still hot and dry. The students' passion for military training did not diminish. Under the instructors’ earnest instruction, the students study the movement and train the formation meticulously, aspiring to achieve the best.

俗话说：出门看队列，进门看内务。整理内务是新生军训的重要项目。通过整理内务，可以训练学生的基本技能，还可以锻炼学生的军人作风。军人要有雷厉风行的作风，就要从整理内务开始，刚开始训练的时候，教官先教叠被子的方法，边教边示范，要把被子叠成“豆腐块”，须棱角分明，从铺平、折叠、到最后的整理，每个动作都都非常细致，教官的“表演”赢得同学们的阵阵掌声。随后，每个同学都按照教官的示范进行了反复的练习，教官们现场指导并及时纠正存在的不足之处，学生们都收获颇丰。

Housekeeping is an important program for new students in military training. Through housekeeping, students can be trained in basic skills. The instructors taught the students how to make the quilt carefully. Subsequently, each student conducted repeated practice according to the demonstration of the instructors, and the instructors provided on-site guidance and timely correction, which enabled the students to gain a lot.

教官们除了教同学们怎样叠被子，还对床铺整理、生活用品的规范摆放、室内整体清洁等寝室内务提出了明确要求。短短的几天时间，学生们已经学会独立自主生活，能够严格地要求自己，令人感动不已。

In addition to teaching students how to fold the quilt, the instructors also made clear requirements for bed cleaning, standard placement of daily supplies, and overall indoor cleaning. In just a few days, students have learned to live on their own, and it is touching that they can be strict with themselves.

还有两天军训就要结束了，军训时间虽然短暂，但是它的意义却十分深远。军训提高了学生们的身体素质，也对学生们今后的学习生活起到了很好的引导作用，让他们在今后的道路上能够严格要求自己，由生活到人生，养成良好的行为习惯，为今后的学习奠定坚实的基础。

There are two days left before the end of military training. Although the military training time is short, but its significance is very profound. Military training has improved students' physical quality and played a good role in guiding students' study and life in the future, enabling them to be strict with themselves in the future and develop good behavior habits, and laying a solid foundation for their future study.
