加皇集团新学期管理工作会议

AKD Group New Semester Meeting

10月20日，加皇国际教育集团各校校长及管理层齐聚合肥中加学校进行为期两天的2018-2019学年度的素质教育教学质量管理会议。集团董事长彭建华博士、中加学校总校长王本中先生、加皇国际教育集团董事 Charles Pang先生、青岛中加学校执行董事张峰先生、合肥中加学校执行董事杜娟女士及加皇集团旗下各盟校相关负责人参加了此次会议。会议由集团执行董事 Andy Truong 先生主持。

On Oct. 20th, the AKD Group Management semester meeting was held at the Sino-Canada Concord School of Hefei High Tech Zone. Attending the meeting were Dr. Francis Pang, Chairman of the Board of AKD Group, Mr. Wang Benzhong, Principal of all the Concord Schools under AKD Group, Charles Pang, Executive Director of CISB , Du Juan, Executive Director of Sino-Canada Concord School of Hefei High-Tech Zone and principals of the Union Schools under the AKD International Education Inc. The meeting was chaired by Mr. Andy Truong, Executive Director of the AKD Group.

首先，由董事长彭建华博士致开幕词

First, Dr. Peng, chairman of the Board, made the Opening Remarks.

接着，中加学校总校长王本中作了题为《中加教育集团20年教育发展的基本经验及迎接新挑战的发展策略选择》的报告。王校长指出，“人人成才”的人才观、“差异发展”的路经选择，班级管理的“分类，分层”机制。同时提出我们中加学校要打造国内最高端的国际化教育，建立中西融合的课程体系、学分认证体系及联合培养机制。最后王校长剖析了新挑战下的发展策略的选择。

Principal Wang followed by presenting the report " CCSC International Education 1997-2017 Experience and Paths to next 5 years 2018-2023". Principal Wang pointed out : "Everyone to become a" talent concept,, class management "classification, stratification" mechanism. At the same time, we put forward that we should build the highest international education in our Concord schools, establish the course system, credit certification system and joint training mechanism of Chinese and western integration. Finally, Principal Wang analyzed the choice of development strategy under the new challenge.

会议上，Andy Truong 先生解说了关于《新不伦瑞克学校的评估和审查结果》。Andy Truong 先生从评估所需资料 、教育教学领导力、课程与教育教学、聚焦英语、校园设施五个方面提出要求，并对学校教育教学管理的各个方面给出建设性意见。

Mr. Andy Truong explained The Inspection Process and Results from Demographics、 Educational Leadership、Curriculum and Instruction、 English Language Focus、Campus Facilities Five aspects of the request, and give constructive advice on Educational and Physical.

接下来会议分为三部分，分别为：中加盟校报告、挑战、建议及3年计划校长圆桌会议、加拿大副校长圆桌会议关于讨论NB评估、ESLA、国际项目: CCSC, IP, SpringBoard, AP, IELTS, TOEFL, SAT和竞赛等工作和关于招生和招聘的目标和挑战的圆桌会议。各学校相关负责人深入交流了各个学校的优秀发展经验，真正做到了互通有无，对创造加皇集团新的辉煌有重大的意义。

The next meeting is divided into three parts: CCSC School Principal Roundtable (Reports, challenges and suggestions, 3 Years Plan), Canadian Vice Principals Roundtable (NB Evaluation, ESLA, Intl Programs: CCSC, IP, SpringBoard, AP, IELTS, TOEFL, SAT and Contests), and Admissions and Recruitment Roundtable (Targets and Challenges). The leaders of each school has in-depth exchanges of the outstanding development experience, which is great significance to the creation of the new glory for AKD Group.

最后，由董事长彭建华博士关于《招生目标》的演讲，对集团旗下各中加学校的招生作出规划并致闭幕词。

Finally, Dr. Francis Pang made a speech about “Recruitment Target”and delivered the student recruitment plans for all the schools under the AKD Group and made the Closing Remarks.
