Ms. Irene Dzyz is an IB-certified teacher from Ukraine with 12 years of teaching experience. She also holds a TESOL certificate and is currently approaching her master’s degree in education at the University of the People. Currently, she is teaching in kindergarten and fully enjoys her time with the young students. Ms. Irene previously taught in Shenzhen, Guiyang, and Fuzhou. This is her 7th year with the company and her 4th year in Hefei.

The first five years are crucial in a child’s life to lay the foundation for their future successes. Irene’s core value as an Early Years teacher is to transfer a love of learning and a positive attitude towards school. Her aim is to guide children towards independence by helping them gain social skills, try something new, build resilience and set a strong foundation for literacy and numeracy.

Ms. Irene likes a holistic learning approach, where every student has the ability to grow and develop in many aspects together with English learning. She knows that children are unique and must have a stimulating environment where they can grow physically, mentally, emotionally, and socially. She also recognizes that successful pupils become successful adults.

Outside of school, Irene’s hobbies include cooking, travelling to new places and hiking.
