2019年4月14日，一年一度的澳大利亚数学竞赛如期在我校举行。竞赛成绩日前揭晓。
 
        本次我校中学部共有29名学生获奖，其中二等奖9名，分别为许云航、王一辰、蒋昊洋、杜天宸、潘毓川、孙王嘉沐、吴慕辰、解震炀、郭端阳。
 
       三等奖20名，分别为孟子予、陆承炫、刘依涵、周呈显、伍昊、廖恩慧、刘姝辰、张春平、王奕皓、陈美如、关锦钰、张博睿、陈奕彤、金泰佑、张姚子炎、周子峰、罗毅飞、张子昂、黄嘉林、崔子豪。
 
       在此恭喜参赛选手们取得的成绩，用优秀的答卷证明了自己实力。
 
       The Computational and Algorithmic Thinking （CAT）was held in our school on April 14 2019. A total of 29 students performed excellently and won the award for our school. Congratulations! Job well done!
 
       There are nine students who get Distinction. They are YUNHANG XU ,YICHEN WANG, HAOYANG JIANG, TIANCHEN DU, YUCHUAN PAN, WANGJIAMU SUN, MUCHEN WU, ZHENYANG XIE, DUANYANG GUO.
 
       There are twenty students who get Credit. They are ZIYU MENG, SEUNGHYUN YUK, YIHAN LIU, CHENGXIAN ZHOU, HAO WU, ENHUI LIAO, SHUCHEN LIU, CHUNPING ZHANG, YIHAO WANG, MEIRU CHEN, JINYU GUAN, BORUI ZHANG, YITONG CHEN, TAEWOO TIM, YAOZIYAN ZHANG, ZIFENG ZHOU, YIFEI LUO, ZIANG ZHANG, JIA LIN HUANG,ZI HAO CUI.

       澳大利亚信息数学竞赛（CAT）由澳大利亚数学联合会主办，比赛旨在发掘学生的计算机编程潜力，专注于培养学生的逻辑思维。比赛适合学习任何数学课程的学生。比赛采用独特的“三段法”，题型由易到难，学生需要在一小时内解决9道题目。特别值得关注的是，CAT不是计算机编程竞赛，它不需要学生掌握任何计算机编程知识或编程语言，而是侧重于培养学生的计算能力和算法思维。
 
    The Australian Information Mathematics Competition (CAT), sponsored by the Australian Mathematics Federation, aims to tap students' computer programming potential and focus on developing students' logical thinking. The competition is suitable for students who study any mathematics course. The competition uses a unique "three-stage method", the type of questions from easy to difficult, students need to solve 9 questions in an hour. Particularly noteworthy is that CAT is not a computer programming competition, it does not require students to master any computer programming knowledge or programming language, but focuses on training students' computing ability and algorithmic thinking. Through this competition, Chinese students will have the opportunity to compete with math and programming enthusiasts from different countries around the world and exercise their logical thinking ability.
 
        通过该竞赛，让中国学生有机会与来自全球不同国家的数学及编程爱好者共同竞技，锻炼自己的逻辑思维能力。
 
     Our school will introduce a number of interesting and  beneficial international academic competitions every semester. On the one hand, it aims to increase students' experience in participating in international competitions and enrich students' experience in participating in academic competitions. On the other hand, it provides a stage for our students to develop, learn experience and show themselves, cultivate self-confidence and most of all promote our students to gradually become applied international talents.
  
      每学期，学校都会引进多项有趣有益的国际性学术竞赛，一 方面是为了增加学生参与国际性赛事的经验，丰富学生的参与学术竞赛的履历；另一方面为我校学生提供了一个对外交流、学习经验、展示自我的舞台，培养自信，促进我校学生逐步成为应用型国际化人才。
