为了缓解学生紧张情绪,增强学生心理承受能力,开启学生学习潜能,让学生以轻松、健康的心态参加中考,赢得中考的胜利,6月11日晚上,合肥高新中加学校中学部邀请高新区心理辅导站杨老师在舞蹈房为45名初三学生做了主题为“开启学习潜能,沉着赢战中考”的考前心理辅导。
In order to relieve students’ nervous emotions, enhance students’ mental abilities, open up students’ learning potential, allow students to participate in the examinations with a relaxed and healthy attitude, and win the victory in the middle school exams, the middle school department of CCSC invited Miss Yang, the teacher of mental health counseling station of High-tech Zone. In the dance room, counseling teacher gave a pre-examination counseling program for 45 junior middle school students on the theme of “opening the learning potential and winning the test for a win-win match”.
在用一个动作自我介绍自己的活动中,孩子们开始了第一个活动。通过这个活动让孩子们熟悉下彼此。接着,杨老师带领着大家玩了“抓住快乐”的游戏,这个活动调动了大家的兴奋度,增加了大家的参与程度,提高团队的凝聚力,检验了大家的反应能力。孩子们的注意力在第三个活动“梅花朵朵开”逐渐提升。所有队员以杨老师围成一个大圆,老师喊桃花朵朵开后,队员就要组合成小组。落单或者人数不够的小组就算失败。这个游戏主题是锻炼大家的集体感,认同感。这个活动结束后,大家形成了打破班级的小组,小组氛围良好。接着,杨老师给孩子们介绍了第四个活动“团队pk:我们是最棒的小组”的玩法,每个小组按每次累加一个字的方法说完一句话,这个活动旨在提高孩子们的专注力和团队协作力。平时调皮的孩子们在这个活动中竟出奇的认真,在老师指导过后,自觉练习,并在最终取得了第一的好成绩。时间流逝的飞快,接着,杨老师又分别组织了“潜能激发:1分钟能拍多少次掌”和“人椅”两个有意义的活动,旨在增加团队的协作能力和激发自己的潜能,增加自信。
In a self-introducing activity with one action, the children started the first activity. Through this activity, children are familiarized with each other. Then, Miss Yang led everyone to play the game of “grasping happiness”. This activity mobilized everyone’s excitement, increased everyone’s participation, improved team’s cohesion, and tested everyone’s ability to respond. The children's attention gradually increased during the third activity, “Wintersweet blossoms." All the players formed a big circle with teacher Yang. After the teacher spoke out the number of the flowers, the team members would be grouped together quickly. The failure is considered if a person cannot find in a group or an insufficient number in a team. The theme of this game is to exercise everyone's sense of unity and identity. After the event was over, everyone formed a team to break the class and the group had a good atmosphere. Then, Miss Yang introduced the fourth game “Group PK: We are the best team”. Each group finished a sentence by accumulating one word at each time. This activity aims at raising children’s ability to focus and teamwork spirit. The mischievous children were surprisingly serious in this activity. After the teachers had coached, they consciously practiced and finally achieved a good result. The rapid passage of time, then, Miss Yang organized another two meaningful activities: “potential stimulation: how many palms can be taken in 1 minute” and “people chair”, aiming to increase the team's ability to cooperate and stimulate their potential as well as increase self-confidence.
一个半小时的心理辅导在轻松愉悦的气氛中度过。活动结束后,学生表示这次心理辅导活动对如何调整中考心态、充分挖掘自己的潜能、沉着应考、对中考充满信心、赢得中考等方面起到了很大的作用。他们一定会轻装上阵,用最佳的状态、昂扬的斗志、饱满的热情参加中考,赢得属于自己的胜利。
An hour and a half of activities was spent in a relaxed and pleasant atmosphere. After the activity was over, the students said that this counseling activity played a significant role in how to adjust the mentality of the examination, fully tapped their potential, satisfactorily tested, had confidence in the examination, and won the middle school entrance examination. They will surely go to the light, take the best form, high morale, and full enthusiasm to participate in the examination and win their own victory.
