15日下午4点，中方的孩子就领着他们新交的小伙伴一起回家啦，孩子带着满满的热情和期待，开启新的美妙的旅程，加拿大的小伙伴们将会更近距离的体验中国的生活、感受中国人的家庭文化和合肥本土特色文化。让我们一起看看孩子们都有哪些不同的精彩呢？骄阳似火，但孩子们的热情更甚！寄宿家庭的爸爸妈妈们为他们准备了很多中国传统美食，如：饺子、粽子、烤鸭等，或是带着加方朋友们去往合肥特色的美食城。孩子们一起运动或外出游玩，或打篮球、打乒乓球，还一起观看世界杯决赛，友谊就是在这一点一滴中建立，快乐也是在这一点一滴中收获的。

The Chinese students went back home with their new Canadian friends on July 15th. The Canadian students experienced the local culture and Chinese family. The host family prepared Chinese traditional food for those Canadian friends, such as: dumplings, rice dumplings, Peking Duck; some Chinese students also took the Canadian students to the delicacies center to enjoy the local food of Hefei. The students went to the shopping mall, local tourist attraction, amusement park or play basketball and table tennis together, some of them also watched the World Cup. They harvest their friendship and happiness from those activities.

盛夏的合肥承载着中加两国孩子们的友谊，承载着家长们的关心，承载着我们最美好的愿景。这一天，孩子们不仅是带着加方学生游览的小主人，更是他们的小翻译和贴心的友人，这一天的homestay不仅增强了他们与新朋友的友谊，更是让他们能够更加大胆的用英文表达自己的想法和需求，帮助孩子们在轻松愉快的氛围中练习口语能力，帮助孩子们收获学习英语的乐趣和不断提升的自信。

The hot summer of Hefei is invested with the caring form parents, best wishes from all of the teachers; moreover, friendship between Canadian students and Chinese students. Homestay not only boost the friendship between the two country-students, but also improve the Chinese students’ English. They find the importance of learning English and they have the opportunity to improve their speaking skill during the homestay, they also find their interests and confidence in learning English.

短暂的一天结束了，夏令营日程也过半了，相信每一个孩子都收获满满，17号大家将会一起体验中国传统课程，让我们一起期待吧……

Time flies, half of the time has pasted, I believe that every student harvest a lot. Let’s looking forward to the Chinese traditional course on July 17th.
