祝贺中加学子在澳大利亚数学竞赛（AMC）中再获佳绩！

Congratulations to our students on their success in the Australian Mathematics Competition (AMC)

2018年9月21日，一年一度的澳大利亚数学竞赛如期在我校举行。经过一系列紧张的脑力风暴，参赛选手们再获佳绩，用优异的成绩证明了自己实力。

 On September 21, 2018, the annual Australian Mathematics Competition was held in our school as scheduled. After a series of intense brainstorms, the contestants have achieved good results and proved themselves with excellent results.

澳大利亚数学竞赛AMC 目前是全球最大，历史最悠久的校际数学竞赛，共有来自 32 个国家的 1450 万学生参与该赛事，澳大利亚数学联合会每年通过澳大利亚数学竞赛AMC 为澳大利亚选拔国际数学奥林匹克竞赛国家代表队。新颖的题型和多语言试题让全球的数学爱好者们得以在数学领域深刻切磋，共同学习，并深刻认识数学在生活中的重要性。

AMC is the world's largest and oldest inter-school math competition, with 14.5 million students from 32 countries participating. The Mathematics Association of America selects Australia's national team for the international mathematics olympiad through the Australian mathematics competition.

本次我校中学部共有30名学生获奖，其中二等奖5名，分别为潘毓川、奚旺、陈美如、杜天宸、陈徽岳。

 This time, there are 30 students in the middle school of CCSC, among which 5 won the second prize. They are Pan Yuchuan, Xi Wang, Chen Meiru, Du Tianchen and Chen Huiyue.

 三等奖25名，分别为蒋昊洋、姚景琰、孟子予、周文博、陈奕彤、周齐、吴樯、王乐川、王一凡、张博文、王子优、张子昂、陈霄宇、吴慕辰、孙淼佳子、邹志成、田逸茗、左逸菲、刘家鑫、刘昊、董子豪、胡忠睿、林梦雨、童丹祺、郑嘉怡。

  Twenty-five students won the third prize. They are Jiang Haoyang, Yao Jingyan, Meng Ziyu, Zhou Wenbo, Chen Yitong, Zhou Qi, Wu Qiang, Wang Lechuan, Wang Yifan, Zhang Bowen, Wang Ziyou, Zhang Zi’ang, Chen Xiaoyu, Wu Muchen, Sun Miaojiaozi, Zou Zhicheng, Tian Yiming, Zuo Yifei, Liu Jiaxin, Liu Hao, Dong Zihao, Hu Zhongrui, Lin Mengyu, Tong Danqi, Zheng Jiayi.

  学术竞赛，是一个检验学生日常学习成果的好机会，我们鼓励学生积极参与，挑战自我，在竞赛中发现自己的不足，发挥自己的优势，取长补短不断进取，提高自己的学术竞技能力。

 Academic competition is a good opportunity to test students' daily learning results. We encourage students to actively participate in the competition, challenge themselves, and discover their own shortcomings in the competition. These competition can help students achieve their potential, learn from each other and keep forging ahead, so as to improve their academic competitiveness.

 每学期，学校都会引进多项有趣有益的国际性学术竞赛，丰富学生参与国际性赛事的经验，培养自信和胆量，在面对日后更多的挑战时，能够更加从容自若，发挥出自己的最佳水平，取得更多优异的成绩。

Every semester, the school will introduce a number of interesting and beneficial international academic competitions to enrich students' experience in international competitions and cultivate their confidence and courage.
