2018年3月28日下午，我校七八年级的学生代表参加了在梦园中学举办的高新区第三届初中生单词拼写大赛。并荣获了一等奖和二等奖的佳绩！

     On the afternoon of March 28 in 2018, the grade 7 and grade 8 students of CCSC participated in the third Spelling Bee Competition of High-Tech Zone in Meng Yuan Junior High School. Our students won the first prize and second prize!

       相比往年，本次比赛不管在题型还是比赛规格上都有所变革，选手们所面临的挑战更大，但孩子们处变不惊，沉着应战。经过数轮紧张激烈的比拼后，八年级和七年级分别荣获了一等奖和二等奖的好成绩。

      Compared with previous years, the competition has changed in both the types of problems and the requirements. The students face greater challenges, but they are unflappable. After several rounds of intense competition, the students finally won the first prize and the second prize.

       比赛共有四轮，分别为：单词辨析、看图猜词、谜语猜词以及话题写单词。前三轮比赛为个人答题，后一轮为话题写单词。孩子们在比赛中团结合作、互帮互助、配合默契，为学校争得了荣誉，也锻炼和提升了自己。

      There are four rounds of competition: Word Discrimination, Pictionary, Riddle Guessing and Topic Writing. The first three rounds are for individual questions, and the last one for the topic. The students work closely together and cooperate in the competition. They not only win the honor for our school, but also develop their own ability.

      孩子们取得的成绩源于她们对目标的执着和付出的努力，同时也离不开英语老师的引导和帮助。为孩子们喝彩、为辛苦付出的老师们点赞！

     The achievements they made result  from their persistence and efforts, and also the guidance of their English teachers. Cheers for the students and the hard-working  teachers!

       此次校际比赛，开拓了学生们眼界，丰富了参赛经验，更进一步促进了邻校之间的教育教学交流，让我们再次期待这样精彩的比拼和活动吧，更多的领略不同孩子的风采和光芒！

     It's a good chance for students to broaden their horizons, enrich experience and also promote the communication with others. Let's look forward to more  wonderful competitions and the excellent performance of  students!
