伴随着欢声笑语与满满收获，转眼间，迎来了国际中学生领导力夏令营的第三天。昨天，丰富的团队合作和精彩的体育项目还让孩子们意犹未尽，今日，孩子们又迎着朝阳，满怀期待地来到校园，再次踏入教室，继续“品尝”有趣又营养的商业大餐。

With joyful laughter and full harvest, the third day of the international middle school students’ leadership summer camp is coming. Yesterday, rich teamwork and wonderful sports programs made children's minds still active. Today, the children step into the classroom again and continue to “taste” these interesting and nutritious “business courses”. 

首先让大家品味的是销售课程，热情的外教老师结合生动的商业案例，向孩子们介绍营销种类和销售过程，启发他们思考如何去激发员工的工作热情。紧接着让孩子们结合所学内容，设计并绘制企业海报，要求孩子们在海报中体现企业形象，凸显企业内涵和社会责任。孩子们集思广益，在热烈的讨论中，充分展现了各自的才能，设计的海报极具特色、充满创意。

First of all, it’s the sales course. The enthusiastic foreign teachers combine the vivid business cases to introduce the marketing type and sales process to the children, and inspire them to think about how to motivate the employees. Then they let the children combine the content they have learned, design and draw corporate posters, and ask the children to embody the corporate image in the poster, highlight the corporate connotation and social responsibility. The children brainstorm and fully demonstrate their talents in the heated discussion. The posters designed are very distinctive and full of creativity.

接着为孩子们提供的是关于人力资源面试的课程，外教老师从两个角度，首先向学生普及了人力资源管理的相关知识，又告诉同学们参与面试的相关技巧。孩子们兴趣高涨，雇主与员工的角色互换演练，这有趣的环节不仅锻炼了学生们的英文表达能力，还激发了孩子们对人员招聘的深入思考。

Then the children are provided with a course on human resources and interviews. From two perspectives, the foreign teachers firstly popularize the knowledge of human resource management to the students, and tell the students about the relevant skills of the interview. Children's interest is high, and the roles of employers and employees are exchanged. This interesting part not only trains students' English expressing ability, but also stimulates children's deep thinking about recruitment.

下午的CSR课程中，孩子们就企业社会责任，围绕着“慈善，社区和环境”等关键因素，充分融入理解和发挥想象，结合一些著名电影的角色，编排了关于企业社会责任的短剧。真实诙谐，创意十足，引得现场欢笑声不断。

In the CSR course (CSR means Corporate Social Responsibility), the children fully integrate their understanding and imagination with keywords such as “charity, community and environment”, and combine with the role of some famous movies, arrange a short drama about corporate social responsibilities. 

最后是寻宝活动，Scavenger Hunt是风靡于整个北美地区的青少年教育益智类游戏，可以充分锻炼人的智慧和体能、并强调合作与互助的意义。看场上活泼的孩子们，矫健的身影闪烁着智慧的光芒，开心的笑容彰显着互助的幸福。他们互帮互助，共同协作，出色地完成了寻宝任务。

Finally, it is a treasure hunt game. Scavenger Hunt is a youth educational puzzle game that is popular throughout North America. It can fully train people's wisdom and physical strength, and emphasize the significance of cooperation and mutual assistance. Looking at the lively children on the field, the healthy figure shimmers with the wisdom, and the happy smile highlights the happiness of mutual help. They help each other and work together to accomplish the task of treasure hunt.

就这样，又是一天的欢声和笑语，又是一天的学习与成长，孩子们度过了快乐而充实的国际中学生领导力夏令营第三天。

In this way, it is another day of cheers and laughter, and it is another day of learning and growth. The children have spent the third day of the happy and fulfilling international middle school student leadership summer camp.
