A Perfect Ending With Infinite Expectations

-The 4th day of ISLC Summer Camp in Sino-Canada Concord School of Hefei

在欢笑、成长与感动中，不知不觉领导力夏令营已接近尾声。通过这几天的相处与学习，同学们和老师之间都建立起了深厚的感情与十足的默契。不仅如此，孩子们对于推广、销售、企业社会责任等商业概念有了更深入的了解和思考，更加明白了团结合作的重要性。

The ISLC Summer Camp has unconsciously come to an end in laughers, gains and touching moments. In the past few days, the teachers and classmates have formed a close friendship with each other. In addition, the kids now have a better understanding and thinking about business concepts such as promotion, sales, CSR. Also, they’ve understood more about the importance of teamwork and cooperation.

今天是本次夏令营的最后一天，也是孩子们展示学习成果的时刻！为了让孩子们在下午的展示中有出色的表现，外教老师们给大家上了一堂关于演讲与表达技巧的课，并且现场让孩子们小试牛刀，推广一件商品。之后，孩子们把对这几天课程的感受、思考、感谢全部写在了一张张反馈卡上，作为回馈给外教老师们的一份小礼物，并又一次在一起游戏玩耍，氛围温馨而感人。

This is the last day of the camp and also the moment for the kids to present their learning outcomes. In order to get the students ready for their performances in the afternoon, the teachers taught a lesson about speech and presentation skills to the students. The students tried to make what they’ve learned into practice and promote a product. Afterwards, the students wrote down their feelings, thinking and gratitude about the courses on the care cards as gifts for the teachers. We played games again together and the atmosphere was quite cozy and moving.

下午，首先是闭营仪式准备环节，孩子们经过激烈的讨论和明确的分工，将这几天学习的资料进行汇总，制作成精美的产品推广PPT。正式展示环节，孩子们利用报告厅的大屏幕和音响，将新奇的想法和别处心裁的设计展示给大家同学、老师、家长们。让我们仿佛来到新品发布会的现场，大饱眼福。在这场视听盛宴中，掌声一次次响起，喝彩声接连不断！

In the afternoon, first of all, we had the closing ceremony prep part. After fierce discussion and role distributing, the students put all the materials they prepared these days together and made beautiful promotion PowerPoints. In their final presentation, the kids used the big screen and audios in the auditorium to present all their creative ideas and unique designs to the teachers and parents. It seemed that we were in a new product news conference and it’s a feast for the eyes. In this visual and audial feast, the audiences couldn’t help applauding and cheering for the groups!

    最后，外教老师为每位同学颁发结业证书，并且为优秀个人以及团队颁发奖项。孩子们自信的笑容无一不透露着满满的收获与喜悦！闭营仪式结束后，大家都依依不舍，相互拍照合影留念。

At last, the foreign teachers awarded certificates to every student and to the excellent individuals and groups. The kids were pleased and fulfilled with confident smiles on their faces. After the closing ceremony, the kids were reluctant to leave and took photos together to memorize these moments.

为期四天的合肥中加国际中学生领导力虽然结束了，时间虽短，收获却满满，朋友离别，友谊却不散。相信一切的美好都会成为师生彼此心中一段难忘的回忆！也盼望来年我们能再次相见，在这样活跃的课程中，发挥自己的创意、发挥团队的力量、激发自己的潜能，再续精彩！

The 4-day ISLC Summer Camp has come to an end. Although it didn’t last long, the students gained friendship as well as a lot of knowledge. We believe this will be an unforgettable experience for both the teachers and students. We are looking forward to meeting again and making better performances next year!
