中加秋季期中考试总结系列报道(一)
期中考试刚刚结束,所有学科老师毫不懈怠,加紧进行了针对性的考试成绩相关分析,反思问题,提出对策,为下一步的教学工作做好充分准备!
Just after the mid-term examination, all the teachers have been working tirelessly to carry out targeted analysis of exam results, reflect on problems, and put forward measures, so as to make full preparations for the next step of teaching.
数学(Math)
11月8号下午,数学组对期中考试进行了全面且细致的反思,各位老师逐一分析了期中考试数学成绩,具体包括:各班平均分、优秀率、及格率。反思暴露出的问题,在深入讨论后给出以下整改措施。
On the afternoon of November 8, the math group made a comprehensive and detailed reflection on the mid-term exam. Teachers analyzed the mid-term math scores one by one, including the average score, excellent rate and passing rate of each class. They gave the following measures after in-depth discussion.
1. 增强师生沟通:抓住期中考试的时机找学生谈话,做好学生的思想工作,尤其要鼓励低分段的学生。
1. Enhance communication between teachers and students: teachers should talk with students, especially those with low level.
2. 加强课堂常规管理、有效提升教学质量:数学组要加强组内研讨与合作、有效开展集体备课,抓好常规教学,提升课堂教学效率。
2. Strengthen routine classroom management and effectively improve teaching quality: the mathematics group should strengthen intra-group discussion and cooperation, effectively carry out collective lesson preparation, pay attention to routine teaching and improve classroom teaching efficiency.
3. 重视学生差异,不搞“一刀切”:学生两极分化严重,应关注不同学生之间的差异,有效进行培优辅弱,并发动成绩优等生带动后进生。

4. 关注临界生,寻找增分点:临近及格的学生是提高平均分的关键,针对这部分学生,应抓基础,帮助其提高到及格以上。

生物
Biology
首先是课前预习。可以从每个章节的标题开始,在每一个大标题、小标题后面加一个问号,用“是什么”“为什么”“是怎样的”三个基本问题来提问标题内容;然后带着这些问题浏览课本内容;最后是上课要专心听课。上课时一定要全神贯注,积极思考老师提出的问题,并勇于发言,让老师知道你的不足之处,同时也能及时改正自己可能出现的错误并积极做笔记。对于老师所讲的与书本有关的但是书本没有提及的知识点要认真记下来,这样可加深自己对内容等理解,减轻考试复习的负担。
It is important to preview before class. In class, students must pay close attention, actively think about the questions raised by the teacher, and have the courage to speak, let the teacher know shortcomings. The knowledge point that does not mention on the book should be written down carefully, which can deepen understanding and reduce the burden of exam review.

Physics
一、重视观察和实验:物理是一门以观察,实验为基础的学科,需要学生具备一定的透过现象看到本质的观察能力,以及一定的归纳与演绎思维能力。
1.Observation and experiment: Physics is a subject based on observation and experiment, which requires students to have certain observation ability to see the essence through phenomena, as well as certain inductive and deductive thinking ability.
二、重视画图和识图:物理的一个学科特点,就是知识的模型化,学习的过程就是一个建模的过程。
2. Drawing and recognizing: one of the characteristics of physics is the modeling of knowledge, and the process of learning is a modeling process.
三、重视物理概念,力求做到“五会”:会表述,会理解,会变形,会应用。
3.Physical concepts: they can be expressed, understood, distorted and applied.
四、会多种科学分析方法:初中阶段,需要掌握的方法有作图法、顺推法、逆推法、转换法等。

化学
Chemistry
九年级化学对于学生们来说是一门新的课程,也是一门以实验为基础的课程,不仅要求学生们按照规范操作去动手做一些简单基础安全的实验,还要求他们在实验中观察现象,并且根据现象得出相关结论。另外,化学还有其特定的“语言”(如元素名称、元素符号、特定操作名称、化学式等等),这就需要学生们在老师的引导下去逐步积累记忆。最后,化学知识点看似繁杂,其实绝大多数的知识有着内在关联,因此,学生们需要找到适合他们自身的学习方法,去构建化学知识脉络,提高学习效率。

对于高中双语生物学习,首先要做到的是培养兴趣,因为兴趣决定态度。而兴趣的建立与课堂认真听讲、课后自主探索是反馈促进,相辅相成的。只有认真听讲,掌握了生物的基础知识,才有能力探索更深更远的生物世界,才有前提去提高生物学素养与自信。当然生物学科的学习,离不开与实际生活的联系与思考,我们要做生活中的有心人,常常对生物学知识保有好奇心与求知欲,并付之于行动。生物学习离不开动手实验,更加离不开团队的合作与讨论。老师希望你们有自主学习,合作探究的意识和能力。同时要学会积累生物专业单词和定义,经常操练中英文习题,对知识点进行反复地练习,加深对知识的记忆、理解、做到能够举一反三。

物理作为一门注重思维和理解的学科,对于学生而言本身存在一定的难度。而进入高中后,物理的知识量增大,理论性、系统性、综合性明显增强,而对学生的能力要求也需要进一步提高与培养。而双语物理的开设也对学生的专业英语能力有一定要求。在高中物理的学习中,首先我将多关注学生的学习状态的变化,多鼓励学生,克服对双语物理的畏难心理,建立起自信。其次一定要多带学生复习归纳,将知识系统化,注重学生对专业物理词汇的掌握。培养学生的科学思维。
As a subject that emphasizes thinking and understanding, physics itself has certain difficulty for students. 高中双语化学是我校根据我们学生自身情况而开设的特色课程。在系统学习化学知识、构建科学思维的同时,积累一定的化学专业词汇、学习化学语言的双语表达。在双语化学课上,我们的学生认真踏实、勤于思考,在学习化学知识的同时,养成了整理积累词汇的习惯,并且能将学到的知识融入自己的思想,完成了很多有趣、有创意的作业任务。
Bilingual chemistry in high school is a special course in our school. While learning chemical knowledge systematically and constructing scientific thinking, students accumulate certain professional vocabulary of chemistry and learn the bilingual expression of chemical language. In the bilingual chemistry class, students learn chemistry knowledge, develop the habit of accumulating vocabulary, and integrate the knowledge they learn into their own thoughts, completing many interesting and creative assignments.
