合肥高新中加学校召开新学期全体教师会议＆全体教职工大会

2018-2019 The Second Semester Teachers meeting ＆Staff Meeting

2019年新学期伊始，合肥高新中加学校精心谋划新学期教学和管理工作，于2月16日下午和17日上午分别召开新学期全体教师会议和新学期全体教职工大会。高新中加学校执行董事杜娟、校长郑秉捷也参加了大会并做工作动员和部署。

February 16th and 17th, SCCSH held the 2018-2019 second semester all teachers meeting and all staff meeting. Du Juan, executive director of SCCSH, and Principal Zheng Bingjie also attended the conferences and deployed the new semester work.

在全体教师会议上，各学科教研组长和年级组长分别从自己的专业方面分享汇报了上学期所做的工作，并对新学期的工作做出了详细的规划。强调落实教学工作，提高教学质量。

At the teachers meeting, the teaching and research group leaders and grade leaders shared their work of last semester from their professional aspects, and made detailed plans for the new semester work. They emphasized the implementation of teaching work and improvement the quality of teaching.

为了让全体教职工对学校各个部门，各个学部工作开展有更加清晰的认识，在17日上午的新学期教职工大会上，各部门主任及校长就新学期工作安排向全体教职工进行了汇报。校长们和主任们不仅总结了具体工作，也与全体员工分享了教育教学理念、落实情况以及下一步学校发展的目标和工作计划。加强了各学部及各部门间的相互了解，促进了相互合作。

On Feb 17th, all principals and department directors made speeches at all staff meeting. They not only summed up the specific work, but also shared the education and teaching concepts and made new semester plans. The mutual understanding between all departments has been strengthened and mutual cooperation has been promoted.

郑秉捷校长在全体教职工大会上，从高新中加学校办学的自信力方面展开，郑校充分肯定了学校这五年来的发展，同时也提出来了中加学校第二个五年的发展规划。提高教学质量，建立学校管理新机制，形成品质管理。最后，郑校强调了校园安全工作，安全是一切工作的保障，一岗双责，要时时强调。

Principal Zheng Bingjie started with building the self-confidence of SCCSH. He fully affirmed the development of the school over the past five years and also proposed the development plan for the second five years of SCCSH, such as improving the quality of teaching, establishing a new mechanism for school management. Finally, Zheng School emphasized the safety of campus work. Safety is the guarantee of all work.

新的一年，新的学期，新的征程，怀揣理想，挥洒汗水，播种梦想，中加初心如磐。相信在全体教职工的共同努力下，中加学校可以给所有的学生提供最优质的国际化教育。向着共同的愿景不断前行。
