Originating from South Africa, he embarked on a transformative journey with his wife seven years ago when they decided to relocate to China. For the past six years, he has immersed himself in the educational sector of their adoptive home, passionately teaching and bonding with his students.

His primary focus has been teaching English as an Additional Language (EAL) to students in grades 3, 4, and 5 for the past three years. Alongside this, he has also lent his expertise to teaching AP Computer Science, aided by his solid educational background. He holds two degrees, one in Database Administration and the other as an SQL Developer. He is also TEFL-certified, further bolstering his credentials as an educator.

Outside the realm of academics, he and his wife relish the time spent with their students and friends, strengthening the sense of community in their new home. This blend of professional dedication and personal connection provides a nurturing environment for his students, fostering robust relationships that extend beyond the conventional teacher-student dynamic.
